The ICF says it best- coaching is a partnership with clients that creates a thought-provoking and creative space and process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. In other words, as your coach, I'm responsible for creating a safe and confidential space for you to explore your inner thoughts/feelings/blocks, to help you translate them to outside goals and action, that ultimately help you reach any goal and better understand who you are, and what is important to you.
I work with clients on a value based pricing contract that lasts for 3 or 6 months at a time. For coaching, these contracts include:
-weekly, hour long coaching sessions
-a recap of each coaching session in writing
-one check in per week on progress
-one "emergency" call per week for 30 minutes should something in the moment arise.
You should consider coaching if:
1. You're struggling with specific aspects of your role, such as managing people, setting priorities, or communicating effectively.
2. You want to develop your leadership skills or reach your potential as a leader or entrepreneur
3. You're unhappy with how things are going -whether that be personally or professionally, and you're looking for help deciphering what you want, and how to move forward
